As mentioned in another post, the organization and rank structures of BCSE are going to be modeled on a military style format. For ease of understanding I have chosen to model our group on the structure of the U.S. Army as it is the most easily recognizable. I will break it down for those unaquanted as well as for those new to this set up.
Organization or rather the chain of command. The chain of command will be as follows:
Command Leadership (Myself and any other appointed 4 Star Generals)
Division (This will be the primary console or other system you play on. These will be led by persons in the rank of Major General or higher.)
Brigade (The brigade will be the primary game for which you will represent BCSE. Your assignment to a particular brigade DOES NOT bar you from playing and representing BCSE in another game. Brigades will be commanded by a Brigadier General or higher.)
Battalion (You will be assigned to a Battalion based on your time zone to aid in scheduling gaming sessions. Battalions will be commanded by a Colonel.)
Company (A company will be smaller units assigned within a Battalion commanded by a Lieutenant Colonel.)
Platoon (A Platoon will be an even smaller division of a Company. Platoons will be assigned based either on your relation with friends. Platoons will encompass small divisions such as Battlefield Platoons or GTA Online Crews among others. The platoon will be commanded by an individual of a grade of at least a Major.)
Squad (Squads are smaller units yet usually involving you and your personal online friends. Squads will be headed by someone of a grade of at least a 2nd Lieutenant.)
To give an example using this, I will use myself. As General I am currently in the Command Leadership-XBox 360 Division-Battlefield Brigade-Central Battalion-1st Company-Tango Platoon-Tuna Squad. Though this may seem comlicated at first it will start making sense as the Group grows.
